UPDATE #1: I want to update this post. Tim, a Director, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know that he wanted me to be a happy customer. Later, I explained that his support provider sprayed all around my bed, and also the items underneath my mattress, charged me an outrageous cost and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine to get $135, he offered me support for 1/2 of everything I had been billed ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt great about his offer. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back i loved this and said he felt bad about how I had been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on customer support and being good citizens.
